Learn, work and share.
SPARCK provides you with the perfect basis to kick-start your career in IT. During your internal traineeship you will learn the skills that you can later put into practice with one of our clients. After this three-month traineeship, you will be given a twelve-month spell with one of our clients. Of course, we will offer continued guidance and encouragement to further your personal development. During this period you will be given a choice, either to continue developing your skills with the client, or at SPARCK. Whatever suits you best. At SPARCK your talent and ambitions take center stage!

No IT background? No Problem
SPARCK’s traineeship is such that you don’t need an IT background or qualifications. However, you do need to have an analytical mind, be motivated to learn and have an affinity with IT. Do you like solving puzzles or problems? Are you curious about how things are put together? Do you want to help improve processes and share this experience? If so, then this is the traineeship for you!
The SPARCK Traineeships
As part of the SPARCK traineeship you will be free to choose your own learning pathway, rather than being channelled down a standard route. You will receive continuous coaching and supervision by IT specialists, learning the hard and soft skills of the profession along the way. IT allows you to follow many directions and specializations. Roughly speaking, the choice is often between a technical or commercial direction within IT. Check out these two alternatives below and enrol immediately!

Developer
A developer needs to understand the nuts and bolts of IT; how networks, data centers, platforms and applications work together to achieve the best product; and how business processes can be improved through the use of smart IT services. It’s all about solving puzzles, carrying out research, developing and building together, often in the role of developer or architect.

This requires the development of valuable insights, in terms of project and program management, and learning how to translate strategic business issues into daily activities for your development team. Of course, content-related aspects of IT will also form part and parcel of your traineeship. Specific roles geared up to your skills might include one of the following: product owner, scrum master, agile lead or consultant.
