Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. SPARCK will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept for longer than 3 months. SPARCK processes your personal data in order to contact you by phone and/or in writing (by e-mail) if you so request.
Sharing personal data with third parties
SPARCK will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. SPARCK remains responsible for these processes.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
